All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. BP777 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though third-party financial institutions may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. BP777 targets withdrawal processing times of five minutes for standard requests; however, withdrawal processing may take longer where KYC verification is pending or where a transaction is flagged for security review. Daily withdrawal limits apply by VIP tier as set out in the VIP programme documentation.
All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification. Requests submitted prior to full KYC completion will be placed on hold pending the receipt and approval of required documentation.

Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal may be requested. While Bonus Funds are present in an Account, a maximum single bet limit of MYR 300 per round applies unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion-specific terms. Placing a single bet in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at BP777's sole discretion.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Unless specified otherwise, video slots contribute 100%. Live casino table games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, contribute at a reduced rate as stated in each promotion's terms. All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit, as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or that remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement at the time of expiry will be automatically forfeited without prior notice.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, disconnection, or any event that materially affects the integrity of a game round or bet, BP777 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes at its sole discretion. Sports betting markets are subject to applicable trading rules. Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet placement confirmation. In-play bets confirmed by the system are considered final.
